Description: CDF assists in the empowerment of civil society organizations by using new information and communication technologies, and different modalities of capacity building. CDF supports civil society organizations who are motivated by the goal of creating spaces for political dialogue, and promoting consensus building processes. CDF consultants for the American Friends Service Committee assisted the parties engaged in the Cuban Diaspora Dialogues and the creation of Consenso Cubano.
